Mail 2.01 won't play any sounds when I get a new email. I tried my own in .wav and .aiff along with the ones included with Tiger. They worked under Mail 2.0.

Can anyone corraborate this problem?

Now it works...after I restarted just mail. WTF?

Same thing here - sometimes it's on sometimes it's off. It's been that way since Panther Mail.

Worked perfectly for me in Panther, works wonky in Tiger (hey, wonky is in the spellchecker!)
