Why is the iTMS missing so much (for example) '80s stuff?

For example: Elvis Costello, General Public, Missing Persons.

Even some other genres with '80s releases are missing:

Dance: Starpoint, Nu Shooz, Alisha, Jermaine Stewart, Stevie B.

Also, some great compilations are missing:

"New Wave Hits of the '80s" [15 Volumes] (Rhino), "Rock Of The 80s" [15 Volumes] (EMI)

Why so many gaping holes in the iTMS?
