I am trying to decide whether to purchase ShowMacster. I tried the demo last night. For those that have not seen ShowMacster, it lets you show images and even QuickTime movies inline to the person your chatting with in your iChat window (when using an iSight or whatever Cam you use). While it is a neat concept, I am trying to understand if there are any advantages of ShowMacster over just sending a file to the person you are chatting with. Maybe I am being short-sighted. Does anyone see an advantage in the ShowMacter way it lets others see your images? If so, please convince me.
