Please inform me about programs that converts ram to mp3 directy (with a click of a button)

If you mean RealPlayer files, I use iRecord Music:

click of a button means that I don't need to record the song and save it as mp3. Click of a button means that I click a button callled convert and it converts the selected file/files from Real Audio to MP3.

Basically I am asking for an app similar to the PC app stream box. Recording won't help me becuase I will have to record each song and save it and that consumes time (my ram library is hug, thanks to the Arabs who don't like the MP3 format!!).
