we just got a new computer and when i install illustrator i get this message

"The Adobe Illustrator application can't run because it has been damaged. Please reinstall from your master disks."

I've reinstalled it and i'm using the master disks. I tried removing all fonts from my library/fonts folder as described on adobe's site and even tried the 11.0.2 update, and i've deleted the illustrator cs preferences. all that and i still get the message. can somebody please help??

The installer for Adobe CS (not CS2) for some reason is broken with 10.4. You may need to contact Adobe for help on this one.
