Okay, so how the heck do you tell Automater or program is to connect to a local server. I have one in the basement that I use that I want to be able at the click f the button connect to and mount on my desktop. Automater has a "Connect to server" but can't figure out how in th world to make it work.

Anyone have some insite?

Thanks!!

Actually, if you just drag an alias of any directory on the remote disk to your Finder window sidebar or to the Dock, or just make any kind of alias to it, the server will automatically be mounted as soon as you click on it.
