Hi,

I have an annoying problem that started with Tiger. I don't know if it started with 10.4.1 or not, but I have no sound in Flash files played in Safari and Firefox. A site I often go to for a laugh is this http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail.html - but this site has not sound here. It used to have sound on my Panther installation.

What I've done to see if it helped was to install the Flash plugin from Macromedia. But it did not help.

What could be the issue here. And should I uninstall the Macromedia Flash Plugin since Flash files could be displayed before this ?

I hope that someone can help me before I go and install OS X a new.
