When I try to play a iTunes burned music cd on my car's Sony cd player, it doesn't work. So I tried using Toast and it works fine. I've tried multiple times and this always happens. But this only happens in my car. My PowerBook plays them fine and my boombox plays them as well.

Does anyone know what's wrong? If it makes a difference some songs were bought from the iTMS and others were just imported from CDs.

What program do you use to burn your music? iTunes makes it so much simpler... but it just doesn't work with my car's cd player.

I use iTunes and it works perfect. Make sure in iTunes->Preferences->Burning you have it set for audio cd and not mp3 or data cd.

Hmm... could it be because I was burning some of the songs as protected AAC files? I noticed that the point the disk starts malfunctioning is when the protected songs plays.
