For some reason, I've been unable to open images without manually opening them from inside of PS. By that, I mean I can't load them in PS from iPhoto, I can't open them from the Finder, ,etc. What is strange however, is that when I attempt to open an image, it'll open Photoshop, but just won't open the image. Any ideas?

there's an answer over in the OSX forum which mentions this by ChrisV. I have the same problem but I haven't located these files yet.

I had the same problem after upgrading to PS2 then to Tiger. I didn't know about that fix. I just reinstalled PS and it works great now.

OK, I've just reinstalled Photoshop (CS1) and the problem has gone away. The file /library/scriptingadditions/Adobe unit types is now present and images can be drag launched succesfully again.

Thanks ChrisV

Not sure what that's all about, Randman, but I'm in the middle of moving, and half my stuff's at my new place and half of it's at the old place. The stuff that is over here isn't exactly organized yet.
