Works fine for me.

Try reinstalling and see if it picks up.

InDesign (CS2) sometimes crashes on startup in Tiger for me. Everything is fine when you launch it again.

I find all the Adobe apps to be a bit slower, InDesign included. As you say, a lot of down-moments with the spinning cursor.

Same here.
What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.

2 problems with ID CS1 here. Repeatable crash when trying to resize columns in open/save dialogs, and looooooong delay (30 secs. -1 minute) when invoking the Print... dialog. Other than that, it's been just fine.
