Find where Music Match stores the music files, and import those files into her iTunes library on the PC. From there, you just need to take the iTunes folder (in "My Music," probably) and copy it over to her Mac (under "Music"). I can't remember if the .itl extension messes anything up, but if it does, it should be a simple fix (i.e. removing the extension once it's copied to the Mac, or something like that).

...and please, use punctuation.
