Rss in Safari updates every 30 min (hr?). Call me an information junkie, but I want to be able update the RSS feeds manually. Perhaps a button that I could place on the safari bookmark bar that would refresh RSS feeds. I would like to stick to safari (I know that 3rd party readers have this feature ). Any links or suggestions?

I'd love to be able to force an update too, esp. when bored at work
