I'm upgrading my PB from Panther to Tiger, and am going to do an Erase and Install. I think I have everything I need backed up, only my mailboxes in Mail and my Safari bookmarks (both the bar and the menu) need backing up before I am ready to do so.

Since this is my first upgrade, I am unsure as to how to back up these items. I noticed that there is an inbox importing feature in Mail, but I can't find the export function to export mailboxes for subsequent importing?

Also, where is the location of all the Safari bookmark urls so that I can save those too?

P.S. how do I save my Address book contacts and iCal events as well?
