Okay, here's the deal. I have to use the logitech drivers because of my logitech keyboard. Without the drivers, none of the extra buttons will do anything. However, I want to use USB Overdrive X with my mouse (which is a Logitech MX500), but USB Overdrive doesn't like the Logitech drivers very much, and will not take control of the mouse. Is there a way to disable the Logitech drivers for the mouse, but keep the keyboard part activated so that I can use USB Overdrive? What can I do?

Nevermind, I just switched back to the old keyboard and uninstalled the logitech drivers. Everything works fine now. I didn't really use the extra buttons much anymore anyway, now that there's Dashboard.

thanks for the help though
