Do you have the same or similar problems (say can't load page) with other browsers ? (like Camino)

Might be related to you connexion, how do you connect yourself to the Net ?

Empty cache. Clean cookies. Quit browser. Try again.

Thanks Randman.
I used to use Safari enhancer which would grey out empty cache so it was always empty. But that program was bit weird, after few weeks it would not be greyed out anymore, and then the whole program got really screwed up lately. Any new software that will keep it greyed out?

Please go over cookies. How do you clean, and what are the cons of doing so? Over at Apples forums they are saying the reason I have to log on so much is because of something about having cookies set just right....

Ludovic:
it's hard to say, since i'm so loyal to Safari, but, when that happens, I switch to Exlplorer and usually it loads there. Does it mean I want to switch browsers? not yet..........

I'm connected with Motorola modem, cable modem.

I had the same problem with the cache. I went and redid Safari Enhancer and the cache has stayed deactivated.

I use Cookie Muncher to manage the cookies. It is shareware but it's quick and easy. I just delete the ones I dont' want to keep and add the cookies from sites I frequent frequently in a My Cookies list. The rest are deleted.

I downloaded Safari Enhancer again to make sure I had the latest build and re-ran the application.

Cookie Muncher gives you greater control over your cookies, being able to edit them, for example.
