Ever since I bought my new ibook (my very first Mac) I have not been able to play online poker (which is one of my major hobbies). It would seem as though every major online poker room is non Macintosh compliant! Surely there is a way to play online poker without remotely connecting to a windows machine every time you want to play

I found http://www.mac-poker.net very helpful! They list two major sites that offer a Mac compliant version of their software... it has worked great for me
It is better to remain silent and be considered a fool... then to open your mouth and remove all doubt

http://www.pokerroom.com/ -- their Java client is excellent, and works fine with Macs. Play money is free, and a good way to practice.

yep, http://www.mac-poker.net is says Pacific is better then Poker Room (I like them both equally). Anyone else here play Pacific - post up your username names, and maybe we'll have ourselves a private "mac users" tournament some time. My username is Ematty

Since you use pokerroom, how about that instead ? I'd be more than happy to take some cash from you.
