Is it possible to remove google from the Address Bar using Safari 2.

If you search Macupdate, you should find some third-party apps that will do it. Or use AcidSearch and customize the search parameters.

You don't need any software. Customize the toolbar (in the View menu) and drag the google field out. Done.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

Safari Enhancer also lets you change the search engine to one of your choosing.

That also means taking out the address bar. Due to them being connected.

Not possible using Safari 2, that is why i asked if it was possible.
