I have DiskWarrior on disc but it's version 3.0

I wanted to update to 3.0.3

I download the update and everything was going fine until I put in the blank CD-R. My computer spit it out and an error message popped on the screen that read:

THE DEVICE DRAINED ITS BUFFER WITHOUT BURN UNDERRUN PROTECTION.

What does that mean and how can I fix it?

Try a different (brand) CD-R.
