FOR neXtSoft has released QuickSync 1.0 today. A small, easy to use folder synchronization utility with a host of uses. Whether you have hand held devices, iPods, Jump drives, .mac or any other device that mounts on the desktop QuickSync is the utility to keep your files up to date.
QuickSync has been tested with FTP, SMB (Samba) and Appletalk shared folders/drives and synchronizes the files effortlessly. Select the two folders you want to sync and with one click your files will be up to date.
Who can use QuickSync? Any one that works on more than one computer. Whether you are using Zip disks, Jump drives or a network to move files QuickSync can help you save time.
Thanks to the simplicity of the application QuickSync is a great back up tool as well. Simply select the folder you want to back up and then select an empty folder and QuickSync will create a back up.
