Hi i need help with Automator...i want it to do the following;

at login I want to open a URL in this case my Sirius online account, I want it to log in and play the station at the specific URL.

I did have Automator run on startup but it wont run the workflow. I set the workflow as a login item at startup but it just opens autumator but doesnt run the workflow.

I searched but cannot seem to find any help from the forums here and Google searches have turned up empty so far.

Thanks for any help

Steve

Have you tried putting the workflow in your startup items. that might work. System Prefs-->Accounts.

Hope this helps

real
With some loud music + a friend to chat nearby you can get alot done. - but jezz, I'd avoid it if I had the choice---- If only real people came with Alpha Channels.......:)

Try this tip:
http://www.automatorworld.com/2005/0...m-applescript/

Basically, you would have this applescript run as a login item and it will run the workflow.
