Being in a PC business environment, I am not having too many problems fitting in, being a mac user, but I do have some concerns on emails that I am hoping someone can answer.

1) My first issue is rather small, but kind of annoying. Any email I receive from an outlook user comes through at a rather small text. It looks to be about 9 or 10pt. Of course, I just added the "Text Bigger" button to the toolbar, but hitting this button a couple times on every email I receive gets a bit annoying. Is there an option somewhere where I can reformat incoming messages to match my own formatting, or maybe setup a rule for messages from outlook or messages with text smaller than x, to resize to y?

2) The second issue is a little more annoying. Our entire office and campus is on exchange server. When someone wants to make an appointment with me, they just schedule it in outlook, add my email to the list of attendees, and then I receive an email notifying me of the appointment. In Panther, this email would have an attachment that would be called something like "appointment.ics" I could click on this attachment and the appointment would automatically be added to iCal.

However, in Tiger, I just get the text of the appointment in the email text, of course at size 9pt, and then some weird characters like *-*-*-*-*-*-*. There is no attachment and no way that I can see to get them into iCal. This was a huge feature for me in Panther and I miss it. Has anyone else experienced this or know what to do about it?

I have the same problem with the small text from some of my "darkside" friends. I don't have a solution. I just get my magnifying glass out and go at it.

Hmm, looks like that option is only available for Panther, does not work in Tiger.

Anyone else have any ideas?
