Hey all.

When in finder and wanting to find pics from iPhoto, i would go to Albums and select the title i wanted, to find pics.

Now, not sure if started in Tiger or not, through Finder, there is no Album titles just years 2003/4/5. Which each open seperate folders with numbers.

This is a pain as cant find the pics i want easy!

I dont tend to label all my pics before someone suggest spotlight, or is there something i'm missing??

Guessin some sort of pref has been lost???

Cheers for any help.

Chris

Which version of iPhoto do you have? Spotlight does not wirk with iPhoto 4. It supposedly does wirk with iPhoto 5 but I have no personal experience with it since I refuse to upgrade just for that feature.

iPhoto 5 no longer utilizes album folder within the iPhoto Library folder for its albums. All of that information is now kept in the xml file. Actually you can delete the Albums folder that got left over from the conversion from V4 to V5.
