I installed Tiger on eMac 700 mhz with 684 MB, 40 GB and it's running on 10.4.2 now.. .When I opened the iChat and I see single isight icon on its buddy list. Why?

I saw some of my buddies who I know they are using Tiger but I see single iSight icon right next to their screen name. Why?

I even did trashed ichat.plist and others plist related with ichat.. and reopened ichat, registered, and still the same.

Help? Thanks.
