Hi,

I have this very annoying issue where, ever since I installed iTunes 4.9 on my Tiger eMac, I am ALWAYS made to agree to the iTunes License Agreement upon launching iTunes. I am REALLY hoping one of you guys has a suggestion. Apple hasn't been much help.

why don't you tell us how you've already tried fixing the problem. i guess you've already trashed preferences and started fresh?

Well, yes, the prefs got trashed. Caches were cleaned. Maintenance scripts run. I just reinstalled iTunes 4.9 for the second time, but this time it solved the problem. Thanks for the help.
