Is it possible to have Entourage display times in a 12-hour format instead of 24-hour? I thought maybe it was linked to the system clock (I have mine set to 24), but changing that does nothing and there doesn't seem to be any setting for it in Entourage.

Apparently some people don't like having it that way and they keep asking me how to fix it.

i don't think you can change it.

I am pretty sure it's tied to the system setting -- my Entourage is 12h. Perhaps it needs a reboot? (Since it does run a background app.)

I figured it out. It's controlled by the format settings in the International pref pane.
