IPhoto slideshow - hiding indicator arrows?

I am doing a presentation of photos to a group of people. I want to use Slideshow in IPhoto 4 and I want to manually progress from one photo to the next rather than having a set time for each photo. However, when manually moving from one photo to another is there any way to avoid the indicator arrows appearing at the bottom of the screen?
