How do I save my mail folder???

	My Mac is running on OS9.2.2. I'm using Netscape Communicator v.4.8 as browser. For some reason I've to switch browser to Internet Explorer5.1.6. Could somebody help me : (1) How do I transfer the entire mail folder(under Netscape Communicator, including the entire record of inbox and sent files etc. for the last 5 years) to Outlook Express? (2)After import of my past mails to Outlook Express,where would this mail folder be located so that I could back it up? Thank you !!!
