Want to take advantage of Ebay tools like Selling Manager and Turbo Lister but the later is a PC download, any Mac Users out there who are keen Ebay sellers and have a solution for me?

I don't think there is a comparable batch-listing tool. Best of the bunch is Garagesale. Not free, but not crippleware either. Integrates well with iLife and there's even Automator support, so you can generate multiple items fairly easily.
