Is there a way to enable scolling on the conditions window for smart playlists? If I add a lot of conditions, the conditions just get added past the screen...no scrolling is currently allowed...so I can't see the OK/Cancel buttons or the condititons further down the line...

Sounds like a design flaw. See if you can reduce the number of rules somehow. What in the world do you need that many for?

Mail Rules creates the same situation. I end up having rules like "Family" and "Family 2," etc...

Again, you could probably just do the rules differently. Instead of including each person in your family separately, make a group for them in Address Book and then just include everyone in the group.
