Good Afternoon!
I have a little problem I was hoping someone could give me insight on.
I am a farly new Mac user. Ive had my iBook since November and only recently am I really trying to dig in and figure out how this thing works..
Hence, I have a problem.
I connect to a citrix server at work thru a Neoteris VPN that is logged onto thru a website.
When I first got my iBook, I made it a point to figuring out how to connect and write up documentation etc. for other Mac users at my firm.
Everything worked beautifully.. till a few weeks ago.
When I log onto the webpage to connect to my VPN now, it acts like it should and asks me to accept certificates etc, and then I need to go into a "Client Applications" section and click on "start session" for the status box to pop up and show that I am connected. When I do this, it looks like its going to load, then.. nothing... the "start session" button lights back up but no status box.
If I were using windows, I would SWEAR it was either popup blocking or the wrong version of java. I know for a fact that popup blocking is NOT on in safari. I am less sure about java. From what Ive seen, there have been no major java updates for Tiger (I am running Tiger and it has worked since I updated) It is possible I might need to reinstall java? If so, I am unsure how to actually go about doing this.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? and if reinstalling Java might work, can anyone direct me in how to go about doing this?
I appreciate and thanks for any help you can provide.
Thanks!
Brian
