Exporting PC Juno to Mac Mail

	A few years back I thought I saw a "how to" from a user who wanted to move all of his Juno mail from his PC to his Mac... but I can't find it... maybe a different forum (right... macnn is the best). Anyway, my friend is running Tiger now so that's Mail 2.0 and an older version of Juno (5.0?) on XP... Anyone have any experience? Suggestions? Links? Thanks.
