Hey guys,

I'm putting together a presentation using Keynote and have an embedded QT movie on one of the slides. Currently, when the slide with the movie is displayed, the movie starts playing right away.

Is there any way to prevent the movie from auto-playing? I would like to introduce it first before it starts playing. Is there a way in Keynote to add a movie controller or keep the video paused until I click on it?

Thanks for any help.

Yes, use a build in for the movie like this:

Have each item of your slide build in on a click, and leave the video for last. When you are ready have it fade in and play, or whatever transission you choose.

Thanks, Budster! Works great.

Since you can pick a Poster Frame on the QT tab, you would think that there is a way to pause the video without a build. Oh well, this works. Thanks again.
