We just upgraded to OS 10.3, working on G5s, and both machines connected over the network are using FontAgent Pro.

Today I worked on an ad using Helvetica Bold, and noticed when my assistant opened it later this morning the font was coming up missing on her machine. We have the same fonts, and she even went in an manually made sure the font was activated, but Helvetica Bold was not an option for her anywhere on the document.

This happens often enough to concern me. Anyone have any suggestions?

i have often had the problem where it SEEMS that FApro is not fast enough telling the app (eg adobe indesign, illustrator) that it has launched the font. it's incredibly annoying.

but i've found that if i close and reopen the document it invariably works out and the font is there and gone are the warning messages.

i don't have a workaround other than that, sorry!
