Thanks, but I was wondering if there are any other files somewhere that belong to these programs (I know that garage band has alot of files all over the hard drive).
I guess I'll use spotlight and search a bit. Thanks

They each will have a preference file in the User/Library/Preference folder and a folder in the User/Library folder and sometimes one in the HD/Library folder and one in the HD/Library/Application Support folder.
The easiest way is to do a Finder search for "iDVD" and then drag all items you find to the Trash. Do the same for iMovie.
