I am unable to play yesterday’s Media Event via QT (v7.0.2 Pro).

QT seems to launch OK and then “search” for the Event, but eventually, it times/stalls out with a -3285 (Not Found) error code in the “progress bar field.”

Playing trailers etc. all work as advertised. No other problems have been detected.

Clearly I must be doing something wrong, but what?

This content seems to have major problems. For me sound and video are totaly out of sync.

Problem solved! Why I never figured this out is beyond me (yeah, right), but for for them wot cares, this came from my post at the Apple Discussion Board:

1. From the Apple menu, select System Preferences
2. Click the QuickTime icon
3. Go to the advanced tab
4. From the Transport Setup list, select Custom...
5. From the Transport Protocol list, select HTTP

And all is again at peace in Pendragonland.
