I have forms that I need to send back to my employer. Unfortunately, its the kind that one has to fillout by hand. At first I thought I would fill then out, by hand -scan them and email it. But my handwriting is terrible. So I thought if I could scan in the document and use adobe to modify the area's where I need to write in - I could type text in, making it look much more professional. But I am miffed on how to do this. Could any of you adobe wizards out there help me out? I tried highlighting the field but get stuck. Anybody could give me step by step help? Please?

if you're scanning them in (unless you use OCR) you're getting an image, not text. Therefore, you can't modify text fields. You could draw text boxes over the image at the appropriate places and type in your responses, but that's a pretty clunky way to do it...might as well fill out the form by hand.
I do not like those green links and spam.
I do not like them, Sam I am.
