I was letting my friend use the computer a while ago. I turn it on now, and load up safari, and there is no bar at the top which would allow me to type in a URL! The google bar is missing as well. Everything else seems to be normal at this time.

Please tell me what to do to fix this! Thanks!

If using Safari 2 (Tiger): View Menu > Show Address Bar.
