Hi all. I'm trying to get all of my Palm contacts into the Apple address book. If I use iSync, it skips over the custom fields on the Palm. If I export the contacts from Palm desktop, then import to address book, the fields and info appear in the notes section with generic lables as:

X-Palm-Custom1:
X-Palm-Custom4:
X-Palm-Category1:

This will do I suppose as the primary goal is to get the contacts into an iPod. Most of the syncing will be done on another machine at work. If I need to update the Address book occasionally by exporting/importing I guess that's OK but I'll lose the ability to add contacts on the Mac. Anyhoo, Is there a more efficient solution? Can the Palm field be re-defined in the Apple Addres book?

TIA

Jeff
