Somehow I missed a new development of Photoshop (I still have version 7.0 on my computer). I rarely use it, but I don't want to use it as a false excuse.

I want to retouch some pictures for ebay and all I want to do is draw a measly circle of defined thickness and transparent background. Unlike Illustrator (which I use more often), the seems to be no-color `[/]' box. Also, a simple way to change the thickness is suddenly nowhere to be found.

Why is it that PS is doing it differently compared to Illustrator?
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
