I searched for a app that could do that, but I could not find any. My solution was to export the bookmarks from firefox as a .html file, and then in Safari choosing Import Bookmarks. Then you have to sort them manually, and also create the folders manually...

There is an app that can 'sinc' all your bookmarks in the verious popular browsers. I do have it at home, but I am at work at the moment, and can't remember what it's called.
