Opening Safari contextual menu 'a la iCab', possible?

I would like to be able to open the contextual menu in Safari, holding down the mouse button (without release it) as you can do with iCab. Happened that I had an accident and got a shoulder damaged so my left arm is immobilized, so far I can not open links as new tabs in Safari with just one hand. Yeah, I know, get a multibutton mouse… well, I like this single button Apple Mouse

As a workaround, you could drag the link to the tab bar.

Well… I found this cool preference pane that let me do that, system wide also.
