I am trying to get Safari to play mpeg video files from within the browser itself. Can anyone help me out with some guidance on how I achieve this? I am a bit behind the times iin that I am still running OSX 10.2.8, using Safari 1.0.3 I can't understand it. Safari used to play these types of files from within the browser whenever I clicked on them but now it downloads them to my HD but never opens them. Anyone know what gives? Thanks for any and all help people. Peace out . . .

Thanks for the heads up on the MisFox Application. I had no idea that it existed. For first glance it appears to be an invaluable tool. I downloaded it and will follow your advice to change the internet settings using it. The only glitch there is that I am not very well versed as to what I need to change and to what degree. Have an pointers or tips to guide me through changing the internet settings so that I can once again view mpeg video files within the Safari Browser ??? Thanks any and all advice given my Mac brother Peace out . . .
