As in encrypted or at leat bundled into some sort of package, anything?

On the iDisk it is not encrypted (I don't know whether it is transmitted encrypted, but I would guess not).

If you have some sensitive data you would like to backup to iDisk you can put it into an encrypted disk image and back up that.
