There's an Ogg converter for QT which allows you to access Ogg files in iTunes or any other sound app which does QT. Noted that it breaks with QT 7, so that if you want to access Ogg you either stay with QT6 or nag the developer. Good luck, as it doesn't seem to have been touched since May 2004. <http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/14259>

I did this just a few days ago... If it's a lot of songs, you might want to see if you can find an easier solution:
1) Downloaded Music Man (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/24399)
2) Convert your .ogg files to .m4a
3) Import the m4a-files in iTunes. Don't know if your iPod will play m4a files, but otherwise you can use iTunes 'Convert to mp3'.

Good luck

M4A is the extension for AAC files, so it will play them.

But just to stick up for my solution: It actually lets you play the files in iTunes.
