I consistently have problems with the following processes becoming unresponsive:

iTunes (Not Responding)
iChatAgent (Not Responding)
SystemUIServer (Not Responding)

It's always these three and it's only these three.

I can't really figure out how they're related EXCEPT for the fact that SystemUIServer handles Menu Extras, iChat is capable of showing it's status in the Menu Bar and iChat is capable of displaying the current iTunes track as your status. So those three combined, I guess, are enough to cause the three to hang and are DEFINITELY enough to have me quite cranky for the past few weeks. (For what it's worth, I've never even set my status to my currently playing iTunes track.)

I've already deleted the preferences for SystemUIServer. Any other suggestions?

The iChatAgent one is a known issue, though from what I've heard it's just reporting to Activity Monitor as Not Responding even though it is functioning.

Not heard about iTunes and SystemUIServer exhibiting this same behavior.
