When getting my new iMac I copied over my library and home folders from my PowerBook. I've fixed permission and reset the Spotlight index (using Spotless), but mail still does not show _any_ results. Spotlight searches them just fine. Any ideas?

You could also try and rebuild the mailboxes then let Spotlight reindex.
