I can't seem to use the Google maps widget and website as well as I could before I formatted my iBook a few weeks ago.
Pre formatting, everythign worked fine. I could use every single feature of google maps both in the website and widget.
Now, post formatting, the widget will sometimes load up a map I search for, and I can drag around. However if I try to get directions by clicking on the location and hitting the To Here or From Here links, the widget and safari crash (wether safari is open or not). In the browser, if I go to google maps, I can't use the balloon (when u click on a location) to get To Here and From Here directions. I can only get directions by clicking on the "Get Directions" link in the search bar of the website.
At first I thought maybe I didnt' have the latest java or safari, but according to software update, I am 100% up to date.
any ideas? Thanks in advance.
