Somehow I can't print individual pages from PDF's in Preview. The PDF opens OK but if I choose to print pages 'from' 'to' instead of all the pages I get an error saying that "No pages from the document where selected to be printed."
I have also tried downloading the PDF reader app from Adobe, but the installer won't complete, it doesn't even start really.

Anyone got any Ideas, I don't really want to print all the pages from this PDF.
[edit]After closer inspection, the pages where 'named' incorectly (didn't realise you could 'name' pages in a PDF). The page numbers started at 43 not 1 the the pages I was attempting to print really didn't exist. [/edit]
