Sometimes I receive emails that have been forwarded a few times and I would like to print them out. Having to manually remove the "forward" lines can get a bit tedious, especially in a long email. Has anyone seen an application that will do this for you automatically?

Do you know that you can Select All within the message and go Format...Quote Level...Decrease. Or option-command-apostrophe for the short cut. This is for Mail.app.
