Well, the title says it all. Is this possible? From what I've tried, no, but maybe my lyrics aren't indexed yet. Anyone with experiences?

How/where would lyrics be indexed? Where are they even stored?

Lyrics are text, music is binary, so unless the download includes the lyrics, or they're stored in the file somehow there's no way.

Theoretically it's possible.
MP3's store text information, aka. ID3 tags. Here's where you find information such as Artist, Song Name, Album, etc, hell, you can even store virus code in there. Here's where lyrics are stored, as text.
Now, Spotlight does index at least Artist and Song Name, so indexing lyrics is obviously possible, what I don't know is if Spotlight actually cares for any other tag than artist and name when it encounters a media file.

I don't think Spotlight normally indexes ID3 lyrics tags. It would be possible for someone to write a custom metadata plugin that does this, but I don't think the default one does.
